Paul & Tanice's Journey

Paul and Tanice Myers are the founders of Road Warrior Investors (RWI), a real estate investing company focused on empowering individuals, revitalizing communities, and providing lasting value to future homeowners. Married since 2000, they have been investing in real estate since 2002, starting with a single rental property and expanding into a diverse portfolio across multiple states, including on-market, off-market, wholesale, and rehabbed properties. They specialize in both short-term and long-term rentals.

RWI’s mission goes beyond simple transactions; they prioritize ethical treatment of homeowners, community revitalization through property rehabilitation, and delivering quality homes through thoughtful renovations.

Paul, a Washington native, has over 18 years of experience as a real estate broker and more than 20 years in construction materials testing and engineering. Tanice, originally from Alaska, has over 23 years of corporate technology sales experience, including 10 years at Microsoft, and retired in 2019 to focus on real estate and other personal passions.
